Dog Mom Love

Thank you to everyone who came to our Dog Mom’s event at Bosly’s Backyard. I can honestly say no two sessions were the same, and while that can be more challenging photography-wise, I. Loved. Every. Single. Minute. of it. In attendance, we had all types: sweet, sensitive, outgoing, the life of the party, goofy, born to love, stubborn, eager to please, and just all-around great pups (and humans).

While I have over ten years of experience in photography, I’m newer to studio sessions with dogs (we’ve done three now). My career up till now involved outdoor sessions with pets & families, events/weddings, and business headshots… So this time was my first ever Dog Mom’s event, and it quickly became what will probably be my favorite event, all thanks to those who signed up and agreed to go with the flow.

Kim, founder of Bosly’s Backyard, and I mentioned after it was over that seeing the love in the moms’ eyes that you all have for your dogs (and that they have for you) was magical. Truthfully, it often brought us on the verge of happy tears...
